This project was just completed and was an existing building that received a complete HVAC & Plumbing upgrade.

Designed HVAC & Plumbing for a complete remodel of the building.  The building was repurposed to be used as High Tech classrooms.  New central plant was designed to include (2) new air cooled chillers, primary and secondary pumps and steam-to-hot water heat exchanger.

Design for a new Energy Management Control System.
