NEW BUILDING DESIGN FOR MULTI-PURPOSE COMMERCIAL BUILDING

The Sacramento Urban League Building, a 30,000 square foot office building was completed utilizing an indirect/direct evaporative cooling HVAC systems providing up to 30% energy savings in cooling mode and up to 15% energy savings in heating mode utilizing an air to air heat exchanger. This building also has a courtyard that is partially hot summer and cool winter it has radiant heating in the slab of the courtyard and misting system to provide evaporative cooling in the summer.
