DESIGN OF HVAC AND PLUMBING SYSTEM

Design of HVAC and plumbing systems for a 93,000 sf middle school. Systems included a 400 ton air cooled chilled water central plant, 5 million BTU boiler plant, chilled water air handlers with VAV reheat and a reverse return campus piping distribution system. Special project challenges were to balance the design for the highest energy efficiency possible to attain energy rebates for the owner.
Project achieved a 25% better than T24 requirements.
