HVAC and PLUMBING SYSTEMS FOR 2 BUILDINGS OF 168,000 AND 110,000 SQ FT

Peters Engineering designed the installation of HVAC and Plumbing systems for 2 buildings:

Remodel of Building 10416 – 168,000 sq. ft.
• 3000 meal per day kitchen to include hood systems, make-up air, and all plumbing utilities.
• Central plant to include (2) air-cooled chillers(450 tons) of total cooling capacity, (2) 6500 MBH hot water boilers, pumps and new piping throughout the building.
• (34) multi-zone air handlers
• (2) 1000 gallon domestic hot water storage tanks & duplex domestic water booster pump system
• New DDC control system

Remodel of Building 9122 Dorm Building – 110,000 sq. ft.

Design for installation of the following
• (1) 2000 MBH heating hot water boiler, pump and piping within the existing mechanical room.
• (5) new air handlers including ductwork and VAV/FPB boxes
• New DDC control system
