Design for repair of existing underground heating loop including pipe repair details and expansion loop design. This project applies with regards to the design of underground pre-insulated heating hot water piping system and familiarity with the college’s requirement and standards.
Boiler System Replacement
Design for the installation of three 8.5 million BTU, flexible tube heating hot water boilers for the entire campus. Design included, new boilers, piping and expansion tanks. This project applies with regards to design of large central heating plants for a college campus and familiarity with the college’s requirement and standards.
Fume Hood Replacement
Design for installation of twelve new science room chemical fume hoods. Design included, fume hoods, ductwork ad exhaust fans. This project applies with regards to science classroom design with special attention to chemical fume hood exhaust systems with the college’s requirement and standards.
Master Plan Study
Master plan report included energy analysis and life cycle cost analysis for future and new buildings. Several systems were modeled for the new buildings to determine which would meet the school requirements for energy efficiency and cost feasibility. This applies with regards to planning current system infrastructure for future buildings.
