Complete mechanical and electrical engineering for the new USFS District Ranger operations facility.
The HVAC for the building provides more than 30% energy savings over standard buildings applying a VRF system with heat recovery. Plumbing designed for 30% better water savings. Our electrical design for the new building applied indirect LED lighting, task lighting, daylight controls, and a photovoltaic array, designed to help achieve energy savings for the building. The included energy and water conservation measures helped the project achieve certification of LEED silver.
