Mechanical & Plumbing – Sheriff’s facility for officers and staff.  Building systems were designed as an essential services building and to be used as an emergency location for a 100 year flood scenario. Mechanical – Repurpose of an existing CalTrans building into a new sheriff facility.  Complete redesign of the HVAC system and controls for the existing building.  An additional auxiliary building was designed for narcotics & vehicle storage.  Modifications to the existing plumbing system for new restroom and break areas.
